A mattress I had chosen online, turned out to be unsuitable once I tested it in store. Chloe the shop assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and very understanding of my wriggly 4 yr old son, who wanted to buy all the 'cuddly beds'!

Upon entering the store we were not immediately confronted by an overeager sales person,we were allowed to review the mattresses on display before seeking advice which was appreciated. When we required more information your shop assistant was readily available and attentive to our requirements. He was very informative regarding types of mattress,allowing us to lay on the mattresses we were considering and was helpful in suggesting the support of the mattress in different sleeping positions even to the extent of allowing us to try different pillows for our particular preferences.Having made our decision every aspect of the purchase was explained with the different options explained in detail. The Sales person we dealt with was SAMUEL RABEY and we would have no hesitation in revisiting this store in the future.

The assistant was friendly but not gushing. He fully explained the composition of the bed and fully understood my requirements
