Dreams - Truro

In choosing an adjustable bed, we were visiting various stores but came back to Dreams on 3 or 4 occasions where we were met with patience, understanding and friendliness. All our questions were answered. Just hope the delivery proves as painless.

We went into the store to simply browse, but the customer assistant 'Sam' was really helpful and managed to locate a 'perfect' bed for us and mattress. This meant that we ended up buying both bed and mattress today.

Good attention, very helpful

The sales assistant Sam was a friendly and very knowledgeable man, he knew everything about the product we were looking at and listened to everything we asked or requested, also a fab cup of tea maker and extremely funny made the experience a whole lot easier for us.

I felt the lad who sold me the bed was very polite, well mannered, easy to talk to, knew exactly what he was selling me as any questions I had, he responded calmly and professionaly. All round nice guy and just basically felt he represented "dreams" very very well! I can't remember the name of the lad but if I heard of any one wanting to buy a bed then he would the man I would send them to.

Could not have wished for better service, Geoff the assistant was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable friendly, understanding very polite, a pleasure to deal with him. Products are excellent.

It was a very quiet time of day and so I didn't have to wait for assistance, also both the items were on display for me to see

staff were very good

The assistant, Chloe, was young, enthusiastic, knowledgable and good fun. It was 1030 on a Sunday morning not 1800 on a Saturday though!
