A really nice store, clean and well laid out. A very welcoming assistant,Geoff, offered a drink which was very acceptable. His knowledge of the products was very good and he was very patient with all my questions and answered very easily. We were directed very easily to the beds we needed to look at once Geoff had established what we were looking for by chatting to us and didn`t make it feel like a question and answer session. He wasn`t pushy to make a sale but gave the right amount of attention to make a sale. I would recommend the Truro store to anyone looking for beds and bedding.

Austin was extremely efficient. I wanted to try a particular mattress. He phoned me when it came in stock and put it out on display straight away so we could come and try it. He gave good advice on the bed base.

The assistant was very helpful in showing me headboards of various kinds and the colour swatches. He explained things carefully and was very efficient in taking the order. In every way he was very helpful.

it was a pleasure to shop the assistance made us a cupa tea and it was very relaxed not pressured or hurried
