Dreams - Truro

Chloe was really helpful and was willing to accommodate me in any way she could.

We were very impressed by the wide variety of beds and mattresses available. We were greeted on the door and the colour system was explained to us. Chloe offered us tea or coffee.

Austin was extremely knowledgeable, very fried did not rush us to make a decision, thank you.

The store was extremely well laid out and after talking to Austin who explained the labeling system and all the different mattress options, (this was very important to me as I have a degenerative spinal condition from my RAF service), we were then able to find exactly what we were looking for and needed. Austin then took us through the ordering system to completion. My wife and I are now eagerly awaiting delivery of our first new bed in 10years.

I came into the shop, the assistant was not pushy, knew the product I was looking for. He was very professional

Samuel was very helpful allow me to lie on mattress offered tea and coffee. Went to see what deal he could do for us has we brought a display mattress Prior to his helpfulness we were also going to look across the road at bensons beds however we didn't get there

Had a lovely experience at the dreams store in Truro, i have visited twice before and each time the members of staff were very kind, helpful and patient. I felt very welcome and relax whilst found the bed suitable for my husband and myself. The order process was very simple the only thing that i feel could be improved if i had to pick one thing it would be the delivery time. My husband and myself didnt expect the delivery to be as long as it was, we ordered at the beginning of August and there was only one slot left for that month so we paid the Saturday fee otherwise we would of had to wait until the end of September.

Friendly staff, Chloe was very pleasant & knowledgable. Also made me a cup of tea
