Dreams - Truro

I came in during the morning and spoke with Geoff who gave me all the information I wanted re the Tempur mattresses I was looking to purchase. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and because of this I returned later in the day with my wife. On this occasion we spoke with Austin who again took time to explain all the options available to us in relation to the Tempur mattresses. He even gave us a demonstration of how the 4 differing mattresses worked along with plenty more help and advice. We then felt able to make an informed opinion and with some testing purchased what we hope to be the right mattress for us. Very impressed with both Geoff and Austin.

Experienced, friendly lady who listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us into something different.

Convenient location with free parking in a busy city. Shop was bright, clean and easily accessible. I knew what I wanted but needed guidance to find the best product. One of Dreams sales assistants was quickly on the scene and listened to what I said, he then guided us to a range he felt would best suit our needs and our funds. We tried several items with no pressure by Dreams staff at all, he even suggested moving around like you would in your own bed. Agreeing on price he then suggested that pillows should be considered and questioned what we needed in terms of comfort and whether allergy was a problem. Suffice to say Sam (our sales assistant) was superb and knew his stuff. We bought a mattress and two pillows from Dreams and Sam even arranged for free delivery on a date convenient to us. top man and a top service.

sales person was very helpful and not pushy demonstrated the construction of product and gave good advise .

Was shown all the different options in the products we we interested in, very happy with the service we had.
