We had Mike deal with our purchase (Unsure of his surname but he said he’d returned to work 11 weeks ago at the Truro store, used to work for courts furniture and had a wife named Zoe). Mike was absolutely amazing. He took the time and effort to understand everything we were looking for, he considered our budget and did not make us feel pressured to buy anything at all. He went out of his way to find us the best possible deal, especially after I raved about the tempur pillows we were testing the beds with. Whilst we were finding out what type of mattress suited us best with the amazing special machine, he entertained our two girls with the moving beds. We both came home and raved about his customer service and how brilliant he was. I hope this can be sent to the Truro store and his excellence be recognised.

I have a disability and it was imperative that I took my time to find the right mattress for my needs. I also find it difficult to make decisions and get upset if I feel pressured. Laura was incredibly kind and patient, and made me feel relaxed and valued, which enabled me to make the right choice.

The store is easily accessible, it is bright and clean and laid out well. The beds and mattresses are of good quality.
