Austin was really great. He listened to our needs and then made recommendations based on them. He gave us time on our own to make decisions and look at the product.

Austin at the Truro branch was very helpful, gave advice, but didn't push items for a sale, gave me plenty of time to try different mattresses. It seemed like he cared about the customer getting what was right for them.
