Dreams - Truro

The salesperson (Chloe) seemed knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all our questions and gave advice but didnt do any pushy selling. The store was easy to navigate around and she helped us find the type of product we were looking for.

Both Chloe and Sam from the Truro branch were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products and what my needs were. They asked if I needed help as soon as I entered the store and ran through all types of variations of beds and mattresses. Even offered me a hot drink whilst running through the products. This was my first visit to a dreams store and was pleasantly surprised of the range of beds and mattresses on display to try out (even though I knew what bed I was going to order). Overall great experience and a big thanks to Chloe and Sam...... however, sam needs to brush up on his 'bad' jokes as they are really bad haha

Told salesman what we were looking for - he showed us the various options available and actually suggested an alternative that better suited our needs. We bought the item recommended.

The Sales Assistant Sam was very helpful in understanding the product we wanted, giving us advice and information. When it came to finalising the purchase he was very clear and coherent on all of the information. Extremely pleased with the high standard of customer service and will be sure to make this our first port of call when we need another bed!

When we entered the store I noticed the store was very tidy, Austin ( sales man) approached us, very friendly & asked us if we would like a tea or coffee, we said no thank you. I had brought a product mattress code with me , Austin was very happy to look the item up on the computer, it was in stock & Austin showed us the mattress. He made us both feel very welcome trying out different mattress getting pillows, Austin also listened very carefully to my husband's needs as it was an orthopaedic mattress he needed. Sorry full price of mattress was £979.01

I was highly satisfied with the location of the store the store itself was well laid out with plenty of choices to view. The salesperson was friendly polite professional helpful & informative leaving us to have time to try out the beds etc....we were offered tea/ coffee a welcome gesture overall a positive relaxing experience choosing my daughters deluxe bed lucky girl !

The assistant, SAM, was outstanding in his attention with us, he spent time patiently explaining all the aspects of our purchase and he was fully informed about all aspects of the product and answering all our queries politely and carefully. His customer care was outstanding and your company should be proud of him, he was a pleasure to do business with and we will have no hesitation in recommending him and your store in the future.

The knowledge of staff was extremely helpful. Very friendly & explained in detail the payment methods.

In and out in no time. Just wanted a relatively cheap but good quality wooden double bed. Chole was very helpful and we were done in less than 15mins. If only all shopping was this easy!
