The store manager was extremely knowledgeable about the different beds I was considering buying and helped me to make an informed choice on the bed that would be most suitable.

Chloe at the Truro store was very helpful. We never once felt pressured into making a decision and left the store feeling satisfied knowing everything we needed to know was answered which made our purchase less of a stress. She was very thorough going through all the details of the purchase and delivery etc and would definitely recommend Chloe and this store.

My husband and I were highly satisfied with the whole service we were given, the salesman was pleasent friendly and his sense of humour was brilliant, we did not have intention of buying a bed because we were going to shop around, but Sam gave us all the information we required and he had more flannel than Marks and Spencers
