Chloe, the Sales Assistant was extremely professional; she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, such an asset to the Dreams team at such a young age. She was able to spend quality time with us. Our 5 year old daughter loved her and talked about her all the way back to Devon. We made a special trip down to the Truro store as the Exeter and Barnstaple stores do not stock children’s beds and we wanted to check the quality and suitability before purchasing. I spoke with the other Sales Assistant the previous day who was able to give me the names of the beds that we were able to view.

Staff member (Sam) was helpful, friendly & knowledgeable throughout. He took time to show all appropriate products and discuss options. His customer facing skills were a credit to your Company His female colleague (name unknown sorry) was also very friendly
