It was a pleasure to be served by someone who had great oroduct knowledge, without being pushy.

Greeted as soon as we entered the store. Mentioned what we were looking for and was guided by the sales operative.

We were very pleased with the choices available. The shop assistant was very helpful explained about all aspects of buying a new mattress. Can’t wait for the mattress to arrive.

The young man who served me (Samuel) knew the products, listened to my needs and directed me towards a range of options. It was really great not having to start from scratch, looking at mattresses which would not have been suitable. As a result I was able to make my choice on a first visit from cold. I even had a hot chocolate made for me while I tried them out.

We went to Truro Dreams store a few weeks ago to have a look around for 3 mattresses for our children. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman named Austin. He was absolutely wonderful: he showed us exactly what we had explained we required and what was in our budget. Unfortunately, that day we were busy Xmas shopping so decided not to order them at the time. However, 2 weeks later we contacted Dreams Truro back and spoke to Austin telling him we would like to proceed. Austin wasn't unfortunately in the shop when I did go back to order, but as he is obviously highly organised, the other staff (who were also lovely) knew exactly who and what u wanted as Austin had written it in the diary. If ever I need a bed / mattress in the future, my first point of call will be Austin at Dreams Truro. Thank you

The thought of this breaks me like slats on a rickety bed frame, so after searching long and hard over the space of a grueling 48hours, i came across dreams in truro. Immediately i set off to on my adventure to locate the bed of my... Dreams 😴.. Lovely greeting by Austin (316) and was quickly offered a coffee which was served promptly and exactly how i like it (black). Offered a very good balance of advice and also letting me get on with the whole game of laying on all the beds which i vaguely liked the look of hoping that by simply lying down would make me realise this was the bed for me. This whole process took about 3 days of consecutive visits and every time was greeted with the same coffee and level of customer service and human interaction you would expect. I knew what i wanted (the diaz) which means the following 'The surname DIAZ comes from the Latin dies which means "days." this is exactly how long it took me to order the bed i wanted, because im a bloke and i dont like to make decisions. Anyway.... Bed ordered, Austin also threw in the crazy comfortable pillow and a bed sheet as part of the deal, so three coffees, 4 hours and £552.04 later i have bought a bed.

Needed a new mattrress for my Mum who is quite frail now. Geoff the manager was kind, helpful but not too pushy in recommending the type of mattress that she would probably be best with. Ordered then and there!!
