Austin was very friendly professional and knowledgeable ,he took note of my medical problems (back and neck pain) and talked us through your product range allowing me to test several mattresses and explaining the construction and benefits of each .Once we had made our choice he explained the finance and delivery options and arranged all .Austin came across as very genuine and trustworthy and was a pleasure to deal with . I feel he was a credit to your company and will be happy to recommend Dreams and this store to all

The two members of staff were friendly and helpful throughout both of our quite lengthy visits on the day we made the purchase. They clearly had good knowledge of all the beds we showed interest in. Persuasive attempts were made to get us to buy "extras," but this was well within bounds and both were doing their job very well.

Very knowledgeable staff. They gave you plenty of time to look and try beds. The coffee was most welcome as we were in store for nearly 2 hours whilst trying to make our decision.

Staff were friendly and well informed; any problem would be the long lead time quoted before delivery of our chosen items eg 9/10 weeks. We still placed an order for several high priced items; but would have preferred a quicker delivery. This was not the staff’s fault.

Nice to be offered a coffee while I browsed

We were dreading buying a mattress as we find it really difficult to understand what we wanted, too much choice. The colleague Austin, was brilliant. He asked about how we slept and then explained how he would find the best mattress for us. He then got us to try different mattresses until we got to the one we liked. Austin was attentive, listened to want we were saying and knew what he was talking about, whilst we knew he was there to sell, he was more interested in what was best for us. The street was busy but the atmosphere was friendly and even though busy, time was not an issue. Austin provided excellent customer service.
