Austin dealt with our initial enquiry in a very helpful way demonstrating a good knowledge of the product.We left the store to explore other goods elsewhere and found another bed at the same price with a5 year guarantee.We decided to return to your store to check the guarantee period on your bed as we had not taken note of it.We were swayed to return because Austin had been so pleasant and helpful an we had liked his sense of humour.We were reminded that your gurantee ran for 8 years and completed the purchase.

From walking into the store our sales representative Austin began by asking the necessary questions re what we were looking for to the point that we explained we had purchased a bed from another company on line that was a poor chose. Austin offered all the options and took the time to explain how these could be applied to the type of mattress and base could be applied to our needs. I would happily recommend both him and Dreams as a company to others.

The overall friendliness and professionalism of the assistant, Jessica, and the store manager, Geoff, were exceptional.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. He helped us understand the different types of beds and mattresses and helped us choose what was right for us. A credit to the store!

My husband and I had never previously visited Dreams but knew the location of the Truro store. We wanted bunk beds and on approaching an assistant were immediately taken to the correct location in the store. There were several examples on show with clear labelling giving sizes, prices, colours, etc. The assistant, Sam, listened to our requirements and gave us all the information and offered alternative ideas.He did not 'push' the most expensive beds/mattresses but took us around explaining the differences in the options available. He also showed us other options available in the Dreams catalogue. We found Sam to be knowledgeable and friendly in his attitude. Sam offered us refreshment and gave us time and space on our own to consider our options without being pressured. We would happily direct friends/family to Dreams in the future.

Austin was very knowledgeable about the product we were there to see he has Inthe past always been very helpful we have full confidence in him.

The assistant was very knowledgeable on the particular items we were interest in , he was a very personable man you couldn't help liking him.
