Dreams - Truro

I ordered my Flaxby bed from Dreams Truro. Both times I visited the store I was attended to by Kioni, a delightful assistant, enthusiastic and attentive without being pushy also informative without blinding me with science. Every step of the choosing and buying process was explained carefully and patiently which is a great help if like me you are clueless about the many different types of mattresses etc. I left the store feeling I had made the right choice. Looking forward to the arrival of my bed in a few weeks. I would highly recommend a visit to Dreams!

Customer service excellent

The young man I met for the first time he was fantastic, polite, articulate and as he was new when he couldn’t answer a question of mine he said he didn’t know but he would find out instantly. Got my respect straight away. If I still had my business I would poach him from you. Far to good to be just in sales.

Greeted almost immediately by staff member. Assisted us by introducing us to the sleep machine to assess the best type of mattress to suit our needs. He then led us to the beds identified in assessment. He explained the qualities of each. Any questions he could not address he sought answers from more senior members of staff. He gave us sufficient time to discuss together and wander around the store to look at other beds. When we agreed which mattress we wished to purchase he completed it very efficiently and in good time- all accompanied with a lovely cup of tea!

hi i was approached by an older gentleman call Michael, nice polite and helpful. as i had just lost my partner of 25 years 8 days before i felt guilt for changing the matress from our bed. and Michael having been through this his self he knew what i was going through. this helped a lot. He took my to your bed that talks to you and checks how you sleep (i wanted that one but it's 85K), just out of budget. I had great service at the price i was happy with and the day of delivery i requested. 10 out of 10 had better service than waitrose.

We were listened to and therefore felt that the staff were working for us and with us to get the best choice. Friendly and good humoured.

We visited the store with all four of our CV listen some of which are autistic, the staff were so friendly and helpful and as it wasn’t long before closing it was quiet. The lady who helped us was so kind and thoughtful even bringing us a cup of tea whilst we chose our mattresses. It was such a positive experience for everyone in our little family and we left feeling so looked after and grateful for the assistance and help we had received. Thank you so so much
