Amazing customer service. Took away part of my order. Priced matched my order with an online site. Friendly helpful staff. Had coffee made for us. Fantastic and would shop here 100% again.

on my first visit the salesman Austin was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between each product and encouraged me to try different mattresses, didnt feel rushed at all. On the second visit to make the purchase Geoff was equally helpful. I would definitely recommend Dreams to people.

Austin greeted us quickly and quickly ascertained our needs and was very knowledgeable about the different beds, explaining each bed and the different qualities. He didn't rush us and there was no hard sell but we felt we understood what we needed and found the bed that suited us. We were pleased to have the variety of different mattress types and firmness to try in the shop - one good reason for not shopping for beds online. We were also pleased to be able to find a bed that did different a firmness on each side. Nothing was too much trouble and we spent much longer than we realised in the shop with the result being we're confident we've chosen the right bed for us.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams in Truro as the assistant who served me was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the mattress that I bought. He even offered me a cup of tea/coffee whilst I was doing the paperwork.

Staff talked us through all the different types of products giving us all the pros and cons which took a while (this was our 2nd long visit to the store ) we were offered tea,coffee and pillows and made to feel free to try all the beds,there was no hard sell but very good advise, which intern made us feel confident and greatly satisfied with our choice of our purchase

I had not decided which type of mattress I required, although I had a price range, the assistant took time and helped me decide, which was helpful.
