Dreams - Truro

This was our second visit to dreams to order another bed. Great service & knowledge from a guy( think his name was Austin) will be coming back for a third bed as soon as our spare room is decorated.

I saw the bed I wanted on line, went to store and it was there for me to look at before I made my purchase.

we thought Chloe was very efficient and pleasant and took time with us , and a great selection of beds .

I was made feel welcome by all staff not just the one working with me. Product knowledge was excellent. I was given enough time on my own , did not feel pressured.

Chloe in the Truro,store dealt with us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bed we wanted to buy. We ordered it the next day by telephone and once again we spoke to Chloe who was bright cheerful and very helpful.

When we first came into the store we were unsure of what exactly we were looking for. I suffer from back problems and so we knew we had to get it right. We became interested Tempur mattress but then Austin caught us schmoozing around looking a bit clueless. Austin was so friendly, he offered us hot drinks, and told us all about the benefits of the Tempur mattress. He also filled us in on other products we could benefit from along with the bed. We returned the following week having thought about how much we could afford and although we had it in our minds we were going to go with the Tempur, when we tested it again we decided it was perhaps not right after all. Austin very gladly helped us find another bed that suited us better. He made me a cup of tea. He explained all the aspects of the guarantees that come with the bed very clearly. He was very knowledgable about how all the beds are made and put together. We felt very assured that we were buying god products from Dreams. I was a little bit indecisive at times and worried that I was causing a fuss but Austin made us feel really at ease with our purchase. Thank you Austin!
