Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a great selection which meant we were able to determine which matress would be the most suitable for our needs.

Our assistant, Sam, was very helpful. Was completely confused when we walked into the store and he very quickly understood our needs and sorted us out.

Great customer service. Chloe was very helpful and we had no trouble finding what we needed.

Quick efficient service from Austin. He demonstrated good product knowledge and discussed our needs and current situation.

We were trying to replace the existing bed with a similar model so I enquired by phone and got all the details. When we visited the guy wasn't there and no one could find what I was talking about and said that the bed only option which I had been quoted for was not available. We went away and looked elsewhere. I tried calling again and they confirmed it was available so we went back the same day and purchased what we want. Apparently the computer cannot find a product unless you know the model number. Ridiculous.

Everything went as hoped and the event was uneventful and succeeded in its aim - i.e. the purchase of a bed

Austin showed us round the store. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses which we bought. He was was very efficient.
