We explained what we were looking for and we were shown and advised the products we were interested in. We were not given the hard sell and pushed into buying the highest priced item, we were given a lot of information on a range of products and we were left to make our descision before placing our order. Everything was explained in detail in a very friendly manner and the process was quick and easy.

The salesman (Ashton) was lovely, and extremely knowledgeable. He understood exactly what I was looking for in a mattress.

Sam, your member of staff was polite, cheerful and informative. He dealt with us oldies with help and kindness.

Sam at the truo branch was very friendly and helpful. He even managed to find a solution that fitted both mine and my husbands wants and needs by using his initiative. We wouldnt have bought if he hadnt had found this solution

Item we were looking for was in store and we were able to take goods away which was convenient for us.

We were not pestered but we knew the staff were there if we wanted to talk to them. We were offered a drink. The staff were knowledgeable.

Overall we were both really happy with the service we received, the sales man Austin was really helpful as we did not really know where to start with finding the right mattress! And without his help I doubt we would have even made a purchase, but come away even more bewildered! We both now can't wait for it to arrive, and feel confident we purchased exactly what we wanted :-)
