Dreams - Truro

Our current mattress is a Vi-Spring Tiara and it is just 9 years old. We live abroad for 4-5 months a year but already this mattress does not give us a good nights sleep. We went to the shop only to look at mattresses and to determine what type of mattress we thought we needed. Having read many items on the internet I felt like we would be looking at one of the new foam mattresses like the Eve type. We were shocked to see that you had one of these in store for us to try. However the Eve did not feel right for us. By this time Geoff, your assistant was involved with us and after listening to his advice we tried our the Temper ones. We feel certain this will meet our comfort needs and we were pleased to hear that Dreams have a policy where if we find an exact match at the same price, we can apply for a refund. With that said we signed up there and then.

We found the store to be well laid out and were encouraged to spend as much time as we wanted on the beds. We were given two pillows of our choice so the experience was made more real to us. Austin was friendly, polite and listened to our needs. He was very knowledgeable about all the beds we tried and it helped enormously. We never felt pushed to purchase.

Excellent friendly service, great choice of products and the prices were very competitive. The service wasn't rushed and the staff member gave lots useful of advice, explained the various differences in the products and specifications and did not pressure for a sale. The delivery time was very fast and I was able to take away one of the three purchases the same day. I was given free items along with the purchases I made and great discounts on the items too and the staff member loaded the item into the car for me too. I'm very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend the Truro Dreams store and would buy from the store again in the future.

Wide range of products to choose from

We were given the time and space to browse on our own but the assistant was nearby if needed and would check back with us anytime we wanted guidance or information. We did not feel pressurised at all and the visit was very relaxed yet productive. We left the store feeling confident that we had made the correct choice having been given all the details we required.

Jessica was very helpful and friendly, had good product knowledge and was able to answer all of our queries.

The service was excellent. Very efficient and knowledgable, friendly, empathetic. Dealt with our non-standard request immediately by phoning the supplier for an answer to our requirements which produced a positive result. This facilitated our ability to place an order there and then. The store assistance was to a level that proved the company had supported staff with continuous training and motivation. We received new information to assist us in our understanding of the products available. Our experience was way superior to any other retailer in recent times. We would like to nominate Chloe as an absolute treasure. Keep hold of her because she has exceptional skills.

Polite efficient service.

I was impressed with the service from the welcome I received even though my first visit was 10 minutes prior to closing, to the care taken with planning the delivery to my tiny and awkward to access home. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and followed up my request when the bed I had chosen was not yet available. Thank you.
