Dreams - Truro

Chloe was fab I had my 2 boys with me 11 and 13. My 13 year old was a nightmare and didn't like that my 11 year old wanted the same bed. Chloe was really patient and gave me time to deal with the problem. Chloe was great with my 11 year olds banter and when we left we all went out happily.

We were seen by Jessica, she was very friendly and attentive. Very polite and knowledgeable, we had a question that she went away to research. As a big purchase cost wise, we spent quiet a lot of time in store and returned a few time during the day as part of our deliberation. Jess's colleagues in store were equally friendly and helpful. We explained what we thought we were looking for and Jess took us to the mattresses that met those requirements. No one was pushy. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Staff credit to dreams. It is a strange experience lying down to try out a mattresse in store, especially as you need to try for awhile, we weren't made to feel awkward or intimated by staff lurking.

The staff were friendly helpful and informative and you came up cheaper than benson for beds, I made three visits during a renovation proses and on every visit the above statement applies.
