We visited the store to have a look at the available mattresses, we were welcomed by Jessica who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She allowed us to try some on our own but was on hand as soon as we wanted help. We actually decided there and then to order one.

I have a neck problem. So Austin found a pillow for me to use while trying mattress. Also I couldn't find what I was looking for on the shop floor so he looked it up on the computer. Let me take my time trying the different mattress also
