The friendliness of the staff were exceptional also they gave us time to shop about, but we're available for when we required their assistance. Their knowledge of the products were great too.

The assistant, Jess, was very attentive and understood our requirements quickly. She offered advice and was very quick to point us towards the products we wanted, providing a choice and clear explanation of differences and benefits of different products. She was happy to spend time with us and was very professional and friendly, and did not pressure us in our decision.
