Dreams - Truro

We visited the store not rely knowing what mattress we required. Austin attended to us very quickly and with is very friendly manner & vast knowledge he was able to help pick the right mattress for us. We did not feel at any time that we were being pressured into making a purchase. We would for sure recommend Dreams to our family & friends.

We saw Chloe last year when we bought a bed from her, we saw her again when we purchased the mattress, she was really helpful, not pushy and very knowledgeable

The value for money of what was purchased was incredible, exactly what we was looking for. The sales advisor was incredible, was super helpful and got us the best deal for what we wanted to spend.

All customer service representative s were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our little girl lost her cuddly toy and they also helped for over 15 minutes to find it.

We dealt with Sam on all three of our visits. He was helpful, friendly and gave us time to make our choice.

Austin was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the things we were interested in, in fact I ended up buying a lot more than I intended, providing the delivery goes to plan I will be a very satisfied customer.

Told Austin what I was looking for and he just sorted it all out, we were in the store for about 3/4 of an hour. came away very happy.
