Knew what she was talking about , very helpful got what we wanted easily and efficiently, very happy customers at end .

The sales assistant, Chloe, was attentive and helpful at all times whilst also allowing us to 'browse' initially in order to decide our preference. Her attention to detail, friendliness and competence was extremely good and a pleasure to find (with so many modern stores being rather less than helpful!)

I received a very fair deal on an ex display bed. And the assistant, Sam, was very helpful without forcing a sale.

We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the building with a ‘hello’, we then had a little walk around the approaches by a colleague, who was very friendly and asked if we needed assistance at all also gave us some information about deals that were on.

Austin was extremely helpful, understood our requirements and was able to offer a product suitable for this which we could take away immediately. He Offered us refreshments and the sale was done in a timely manner.
