Chloe who works in the Trurop store was very friendly, informative and ensured that we saw all of the beds and mattresses that fitted our criteria. She made us and our daughter feel very welcome. Her service was efficient yet personal.

The store asssistant {Austen} was very knowledgeable about the products on sale and had the rare quality of being helpful but not too pushy . He spent time in finding out what we wanted and then showed us a number of beds with these features and helped us to narrow down our choice

The products were clearly labeled and prices were clear to see and work out. The store was laid out well and easy to see range of products and brands that were available. Color coding around the store was clear to help guide mattress structure. Staff were friendly and welcoming and able to help and advise on products. We were offered drinks and time was taken to listen to what we wanted and advised accordingly not pushed to purchase things we did not want.

Visited the Truro store and after a short time the member of staff Chloe approached us and discussed our requirements, listening to what we wanted and advising us of our options. She was very good,informative and helpful through the whole process. A very good experience indeed.

Austin was amazingly helpful and made the experience great; we felt the sale was less important than making sure we were happy and given useful advice.

We found a perfect bed for us and another perfect bed for our daughter. After a short wait for staff as the store was busy. An extremely helpful member of staff called Chloe, assisted us with choices of mattresses and pillows as we had already made decision about the bed frames. She was extremely helpful in filling out the order and even helped us to the car with the bedding and pillows we had purchased for our new beds we have ordered.

The sales representative, Austin at your Truro store, took time to understand our needs and to explain the difference between the different types of mattress. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

I was very satisfied with the sales person who fully explained all that was required and he even made me a coffee. I should also mention the 60% discount was very welcome.
