The two sales staff that we dealt with were very professional, friendly, helpful and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about our purchase. Explaining guarantee, delivery dates, trial period etc.

Samuel helped me when I needed help and left me to try all the beds. I was impressed with the service.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We also had our children with us and they were very tolerant when they were playing hide and seek whilst we were discussing products and trying out mattresses 😊

The sales assistant was most diligent in her knowledge of mattresses, VERY helpful, and not in the slightest bit pushy. She was extremely friendly and approachable. She helped us find the soonest delivery date and provided us with delicious hot drinks during our visit.
