Sales assistant "Austin" was very efficient and knowledgeable regarding products and also very helpful regarding what we were looking for. He was not pushy in any way, but very helpful and pleasant to deal with, as were the other staff.

The store was nicely laid out, staff where friendly and happy to answer any questions, Chloe the lady who served us took us around and showed us lots of different mattresses and was really helpful and know what she was talking about.

The Member of staff that served me couldn't do enough, nothing was to much trouble went above and beyond. He was absolute (DREAM) to be served by. His customer service was 1st class.

Your in store person Chloe was exceptionally welcoming and knew how to do the elevator pitch as to the way to choose our product. She promptly identified what was required and guided us to the best solution very quickly.
