Excellent service from the staff. Very friendly, we were also asked if we would like a drink. Excellent customer service. A lot of choice of products, but we had help to narrow down our choice.

The salesman, Sam was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He had a good sense of humour and was not at all pushy, leaving us ample time to consider our options. He also gave us a great deal on some pillows which we were not expecting. All in all we would recommend this to anyone looking for a bed.

The collegue fully understood that I had the inlays coming to stay and needed a Kingsize decent mattress in short order. He gave me various option and then an excellent price - very very satisfied.

Austin who dealt with our search was exceptionally helpful and could not have done more. Equally, there was a lady who was working elsewhere in the store (Truro) who took time to bring pencils over to our 2 year old and made his visit a lot of fun!
