The shop was very busy on the day we visited however we were kept informed on how long it should take. We were offered a cup of tea which was a very nice touch.

The sales assistant Austin was really great, efficient, knowledgeable and friedly

we were met by an assistant, he gave us a little time to browse. Then we chatted to him, told him what we wanted. He gave us pillows and we tried various beds and mattresses. we thought it would be difficult to find something to suit our needs as we needed to place a divan and mattress inside an old iron bed. we were pleasantly surprised as our purchase was sorted within 40 mins. We had tea while the paperwork was being organised and were very pleased with the transaction
