Austin was extremely helpful very nice man took his time explaining everything and very friendly couldn't ask for a better person very happy

Was made to feel valued. Sales assistant was knowledgeable on the type of mattresses which helped me to make a perfect choice. Didn't feel pressurised in any way. Returned to the store the following day after deliberation and purchased the bed of my choice. I contacted Austin the next day to change the colour of the base and he promptly sorted it for me without question. Very impressed with the store and staff

Chloe, the sales assistant was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for and gave us opportunities to explore different mattress options to make sure that we were making a really informed choice. While we were in the process of completing paperwork and finalising our purchase all of the staff were very friendly and made us (including two small and energetic children) feel extremely welcome in the store.

Great service throughout the store. All of the sales assistants were friendly and very welcoming. We were served by Chloe, she listened carefully to what we wanted and ensured that we had explored all of our options before choosing the perfect mattress.

Gary was very helpful. Approachable and knowledgeable. The showroom was set out well abd very clean. A very easy pleasant transaction.

Overall it was a good experience. It was good to be able to lay on the beds to test the matresses. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The 0% credit terms are desirable. The only down side was having to wait 4 weeks for product delivery
