Austin introduced us to the options then let us get on with selecting the matress of our choice, he then explained the options and the deal was done in a very satisfying twenty minutes.

From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed with a smile. Excellent service from Austin who took me through all options for what I needed. He was dedicated to making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and that it was perfect for me. Couldn’t thank him enough. Very friendly staff and excellent knowledge of their stock.

Chloe was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the qualities of each of the mattress s we were interested. Given a suitable pillow when trying the beds to ensure a realistic demo of each.

Austin listened carefully to what I said & guided me to specific pillows, mattresses & beds that would meet my needs. From my response to the product he showed me, he knew which to show me next which would meet my preferences

Austin read our request well. Explained things fully and then left us to decide knowing where he was in case we needed further assistance. He did not pressurise us at all which was very much appreciated and hence led to a purchase.

We arrived late in the day and we were served by Sam. He was excellent and was very helpful. He is a credit to your company, we had quite a complicated order and he guided us through everything. I was very impressed, he was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Overall one of the best experiences I have had shopping in quite a while. We will certainly recommend the Dreams store in Truro.

We went in with only vague idea of what we needed in terms of a new mattress. Austin was extremely helpful without in any way pushing us towards a particular product. He explained the pros and cons of different types and gave us time to make up our own minds.
