The person who helped us ( Austin ) was very good . Let us browse, offered us drinks, saw we where A bit confused and jumped in told us what was what and stepped back. Then when we were ready led us by the hand ( which we needed ) through all our options made very good suggestions ,told us allot ,pillows,protectors,extras and all things we needed to know.

Location and parking made it easily accessible. The friendly staff listened to our requirements and were knowledgeable and efficient when answering our questions. The price was good when we compared to other stores.

Our salesman Austin had a very good knowledge of all the products and was very helpful in showing me the best types of mattress for my particular needs, He made me feel confident that I had made the right choice without being pushy or trying to oversell the product. MY husband, who is not easily impressed, remarked on how good the service was and how helpful Austin was.

As soon as I entered the shop I was seen Immediately and was asked to sit down. The name of the assistant was Geoff. He was extremely pleasant throughout my visit my visit. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately took me to the perfect bed. I lay on it and it was absolutely perfect. G

Items required were well displayed. Prices were so reasonable and the assistant (chloe) was friendly and very helpful.

The customer service was second to none; i was expecting delivery of the mattress but lady advised it was available to take home there and then, which was brilliant. everything about my experience was great, 2 ladies even carried the mattress to my car. Great service and ladies were lovely.

From the minute I walked in the door to making the purchase the staff were excellent. Austin spent ages with me advising, showing me the relevant stock and ensuring that I was fully satisfied and that the mattress I bought was correct for me specific requirements. An excellent member of staff and a credit to your company.
