Chloe the sales assistant was extremely helpful but not pushy. Very attentive to our needs and allowed us as much time as needed. Professional with ordering and applying any special deals she could.

As we entered the store we could see everything was really layed out nicely, and it was very clean and tidy. The level of help we had was fantastic and professional.

Austin was excellent in the Truro store, he was patient, not forceful but very informative and helpful. The other staff who worked for him were excellent too. Hs is excellent in every aspect of his work for Dreams

Austin was very attentive, helpful and knowledgable about the beds we were interested in,explaining how mattresses differed.We had a welcome cup of coffee too. We are soon to be moving house so will be needing another bed and because of the ease of purchasing from Dreams,we will return.

Austin was friendly without being pushy,nothing seemed too much trouble . His product knowledge was excellent, giving good advice without the hard sell. We found the whole experience a pleasure and not today's usual stress and pressure. Only thing that detracted from the experience was the piped music,not necessary, unless it's to stop people nodding off on the comfy beds.

The product we wanted was available and your member of staff who dealt with us,Jessica, was charming pleasant knowledgeable and very helpful. She is a credit to your company and made our buying experience more enjoyable.

Great Staff,very helpful. However again had to change colour of base and headboard as not able to deliver for over a month! Delivery and Stock availability very poor.
