Lovely staff member Kioni- what an asset to the Truro store

The person we spoke to was really helpful and friendly, she listened to what we wanted and gave helpful advice. She was very knowledgeable and was very patient when we asked lots of questions. She wasn’t pushy or made us feel as though we had to buy anything. The shop was very clean and if anything was used by another customer it was cleaned straight away. There was lots of clear, informative signs within the shop.

Very well serviced by the shop assistant Laura, personal attention to us and no rush to complete the sale. Oh yes and fantastic coffee for us while we completed out order.

The manager, Geoff, who served us was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave me confidence that we have bought the right mattress. We were seen to by a lady called Laura. She put us on the Bed match machine and showed us around all the beds that matched for us. After this she made us a coffee and hot chocolate while we sorted the paperwork.

Truro staff were very helpful with excellent knowledge of the products.

We had a specific need for advice for our B&B and Michael was so informative without being pushy and unlike other stores he was full of very useful information. Very much appreciated and would definitely ask for his assistance again. We have used Dreams for all our mattresses in the B&B.
