This is the 2nd time Chloe has serves us whilst buying a bed from this store. She has great knowledge and explains the products and differ options available v clearly. She also highlighted forthcoming offers so that I wouldn’t be dissatisfied if I bought at the wrong time.

The sales assistant had the perfect balance of initially allowing us to browse whilst drinking the complimentary coffee that was offered and then when she could see that we were narrowing down our choices she stepped in to help. The incredibly quick delivery time, 3 days, was a really pleasant surprise and the whole purchase experience was a Dream!

The sales assistant helped me as soon as I walked through the door, he was very friendly throughout my time in the store and offered me refreshments. He then took my purchase to my car and put in the car for me. He made my time in the store and making my purchase very easy and I left very happy.
