The two young female members of staff were superb, They knew the product inside out and clearly believed in it. They had visited the factory to gain a deeper understanding of the product that they were selling and they had a comprehensive knowledge of every aspect bed.

Friendly, helpful staff who took their time to find a bed that met my criteria

I was impressed with the computer bed to find out what mattress would suit me. Geoff was very helpful and listened to me without the high pressure sales that I experienced at another well known store. I also enjoyed my cup of tea!!!

I was impressed with the computerised analysis, because the choices suggested were exactly what I was looking for, and the comfort of the first mattress was very good. The assistant, Austin, was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.
