Dreams - Truro

We went to buy a mattress for our spare bed. The assistant Chloe could not have been more helpful. She took time to explain all the various options to us and was extremely professional.polite and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with her manner and look forward to.our mattress being delivered

We arrived late as the shop was closing the assistant that served us invited us in and nothing was too much trouble to help us he stayed beyond is working day

We were made to feel welcome immediately, the salesperson Alexsandra and the manager were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her , very professional we really enjoyed our experience there and highly recommend this store.

Member of staff that assisted us was very helpful. Willing to find out about our specific needs and showed a genuine interest in our lifestyle ( we are farmers). Felt no pressure to make a decision which was a refreshing approach.

I was served by Geoff, the Manager, and had rung him first to explain what I had been trying to find on the Dreams website. He answered my questions fully + has excellent product knowledge. He was really helpful + friendly + patient. He took the time to ensure that the mattress + pillows met my needs + criteria. The whole ordering system is fast, efficient + straightforward + 'customer-friendly'. It was a very positive experience.

The assistant (Jess) was very friendly and helpful. The analysis machine helped us try beds which were comfortable for us. There was lots of choice.

The service we received from Austin was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and was very empathetic with our needs. Austin was very polite and extremely helpful. We couldn't,t fault any more f the service that we received.
