The customer service given was excellent. Support with the items being purchased couldn't have been better. Everything was easy to see and could try out the sofa bed in store. Time and patience was given by staff .

Jess was super friendly and super helpful. Very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our requirements. We really feel that because of her we made the right choice and found a really good mattress that will last us for years.
