Austin was available as soon as we were looking around but did not pester us as soon as we walked in the door. He took time to understand our needs and couldn't have been more helpful

The staff were very friendly without being overbearing and very helpful. I have visited a Dreams store before some time ago and was immediately pounced upon by a member of staff who proceeded to tell me everything about mattresses. Much more than I needed to know. Needless to say I was overloaded with information and you never got a sale! This time was a completely different and very pleasant experience.

the customer service was fantastic. the colleagues even entertained my 2 year old while we were there. the colleague that dealt with us was brilliant and his knowledge on the beds etc was amazing. the colleagues were ever so friendly too
