Our sales advisor Kioni was amazing, really lovely girl, great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable.

As soon as we walked through the door in the Truro store we were helped by a lovely man called Michael, he was never once pushy and definitely knew his stuff. After we used the bed simulator we were shown several beds to try, having arthritis it's really important I have a comfy mattress/ nights sleep, we didn't realise how bad our old mattress is !!.We sat down with Michael and enjoyed a lovely latte, ordered our bed and pillows, we are now looking forward to receiving our new mattress in less than a fortnight !!, all in all we had a relaxed time in your store and appreciated Michael's knowledge without ever feeling pressured, Well done, keep up the good work 👏
