We were highly satisfied because the assistance and service from Jess was exceptional and we will definitely be recommending the store and Jess.

I think the gent was called Geoff and he was very attentive, offered all that was available in our budget range but overall he gave me a very good deal which I appreciated very much. He is an absolute DREAM sorry excuse the pun, but he was.

Austin was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped us find the right mattress for us and left us to make a decision without being pushy. Would definitely shop there again!

I visited the store in Truro where Austin was simply fantastic. It’s rare that a single person can make such a difference to a retail experience but Austin showed that it’s possible to do so. He really knows his stuff and was genuinely pleased to be able to help me out. Part of my own job is to oversee retail, and it’s clear that Austin is great asset to your team. Can’t wait to get my new bed now!! :D

The sales assistant was excellent - knowledgable, polite and patient

For me, shopping should be a straightforward affair. An experience supported by the knowledgeability of the vendor and in this case, a positive in-store experience. In this case the sales experience was very positive and I felt my business was important to both the company and the individual. If I had a question it was answered and I was not put under pressure to complete the sale. Made me want to return in the future.
