From the moment I made a phone call enquiring, your store assistant Alexsandra couldn’t have been more helpful and tentative. She is a credit to your store and company and couldn’t do enough to assist in finding my perfect mattress, I’m was very impressed.

Easy to order and done in quick time

We were served by a lovely young girl who was very knowledgeable and helpful. My son used the system to help what type of bed would be most useful for him which suggested the bed he already liked and we purchased. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

I was greeted the first moment I walked in and with no pressure offered help if I needed it. I was looking for a mattress for a child’s high sleeper bed and given guidance and shown examples. I didn’t purchase at the first visit but when I went back to make an order the sales assistant remembered me and the ordering process was quick and easy. Also given a coffee as I was completing transaction.

Jess in the Truro store could not have been more helpful. She was understanding to our needs, helpful without being pushy or suffocating, and took the time to explain the features, benefits and options available.
