The customer service was excellent. As soon as I entered the store with 3 children under 5 I was immediately put at ease. I even had a lovely cup of coffee offered to me.

It was a very pleasant experience. The man cam over to me and was really helpful with what I required, he was very knowledgeable. When I sat down at the desk to order the bed I was offered a drink. It was such a stress free experience, I was delighted.

Chloe couldn’t have been more helpful and was extremely knowledgeable of the product. Chloe was wonderful with our disabled son and interacted beautifully with him allowing us to give our full attention to the mattress we were buying
