I visited Dreams, with a friend, to purchase a bed and mattress for myself and my daughter. Austin assisted me and was very knowledgable and understanding. I have been in stores where I've dreaded intervention by sales staff, however Austin was absolutely amazing. He established what was required and provided the options accordingly - there was no hard sell. I was particularly anxious about selecting for my daughter as she is very heavy. I appreciated Austin's attitude - he just accepted the information I gave and offered solutions. There was absolutely no judgement or undertone. Thank you Dreams and thank you Austin - you deserve a promotion. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, patient and with just the right amount of humour.

On arriving at the store we were given the opportunity to browse in our own time without being ‘pounced’ upon by over enthusiastic staff and feeling pressured. After a few minutes we were approached by Geoff who greeted us warmly and asked if we needed any assistance. He was well presented and friendly. He was very clear with his explanations and product knowledge and at no time did I feel under pressure to make a purchase I didn’t want.

Geoff was friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasant chap.

Geoff, in your Truro store was so professional and knowledgable of all the products in store and answered all of our questions without blinding us with science. Instead, he provided really interesting facts about how our favoured mattress was made and even guided us towards a TV documentary on the company who makes it. Nothing was too much trouble and we left the store excited about our new purchase. Thank you very much Geoff.

Really quick and friendly

Looked for the bed online, went into the store found the item. Was shown the 3 sample colours it was available in. Was given a summary sheet as the bed was for our son. Visited the store 2 days later with my son and confirmed the order.

My husband and I were greeted as we entered the store then given time to look around before asking if we needed help. We were advised to use the new bed technology device (which we thought was fantastic and saved a lot of time looking for a new mattress). The salesman then gave us 3 mattresses to try that we were ‘matched’ with and we tried them and decided on the one we wanted. The whole process was quick, easy and stress free!
