Outstanding service, attention to detail by Austin, Couldn’t find any fault explained everything and fully understood everything

Austin who guided us through the whole process was excellent. His knowledge of the products was fantastic and not once did he push for a sale. He guided us around the shop to the beds which matched our criteria and left us a couple of times so we could decide our favourite bed. If you could bottle and sell Austin's customer service, you would be a world leader.

Lovely welcome from the lady sales assistant when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful and we felt at ease. Would shop here again.

The lady who helped us was faultless. She gave a great service and even stayed late for us to finish our order.

Austin was very friendly and hospitable. He had great knowledge of the products and devoted time to us. A great shopping experience, we would definitely shop there again. We chose to shop at the store and not on line for exactly these reasons the personal touch is irreplaceable.

We just popped into Dreams to look at mattresses not knowing what we wanted for our specific needs. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff and helped us with the machine to determine the right mattress for us. He was very knowledgable answering any questions asked of him. We could take as long as we wanted knowing that it was a much more expensive mattress than we would normally purchase.
