Our service person was excellent. He sold us our last bed which is why we returned, that coupled with the fact it is the most comfortable bed we've ever owned and we can barely get out of it!

Even though both teams members where very busy they both acknowledged that we had to wait to be seen, both offering excellent customer service and took the time to ensure our purchase was a positive experience from explaining the why's & how's to offering hot refreshments.

Knew what I wanted and was easily found, good discounts including Military Discount. Helpfully pointed out by staff.

Managed to purchase a Ex display King size bed at a very good price . Was also given 4 free pillows. The service given by Geoff in Truro store was first class , giving us coffee while we did the paperwork .

It was done quick a d efficient.

Very friendly helpful staff dealt well with my teenage daughter got us just what we wanted

The assistant (Austin) was extremely helpful, he gave us lots of help and attention and although it took us a number of hours to Make the decision he made sure to keep coming back to us while he was attending to other customers to make sure we were ok. He gave us lots of options and used the sleep scanning thing to make good recommendations.
