Very competent and helpful staff, left with exactly what we went in for

The products we wanted were on display and we could try them out,and staff were very good.

The staff were great, helped me and my partner make sure we got the correct mattress for us. Helped us figure out what sort of bed frames we wanted. Gave us space after explaining all of our options. They had good chat and we would definitely come back in the future

We visited the Truro store just half hour before the store was due to close and Austin did not rush us to make a decision and answered every question we asked.

We generally buy stuff online to be honest so came in with a view of deciding on what we wanted and then buying online! We have been very put off by circling sales people and clingy one liners and then the insurance and the delivery ramp ups that have taken there toll over the years! As an example we bought a Mazda car not because it was better than the jaguar but we were not over come by sleaze!! Austin the chap in store was very good new his stuff disappeared when we asked him to and then came back answered our questions without needing to go and have a look and got the approach right!! So fair play to him and Dreams for getting us to buy from a shop again!! We liked the fact that this was not the last one and only on sale till midnight was not mentioned!!

Austin was highly helpful in showing us all we needed at the options available, took us through each stage of the purchase explaining where needed, very friendly, excellent service

Chloe was friendly and knowledgeable about products, but not too pushy. Left us alone to discuss which mattress we preferred. Came back after a short time and asked us if she could help us anymore. By this time we had made our decision without feeling pressured. We were impressed on the delivery time.

Open layout. Helpful assistant. Allowed time to try different mattresses.

Lady who served us was lovely, helpful and friendly. Kind to our daughter and helped us find her first bed.
