The assistant was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Very patient and polite.

We were served by Austin at the Truro Branch (Validation Code: 288A08651). He was a very calm, friendly and helpful Sales Adviser, who was not at all pushy, but greatly assisted us to focus exactly on which were the the appropriate mattress's and bed frame's we required. If he had been a pushy Sales Adviser, we would not have purchased the items we did. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and if there were any questions or issues he could not answer or resolve himself, he spoke to the Store Manger, and very quickly had an answer or resolution. Austin is a credit to the store, and I will advise friends and family to ask for him, if they are ever considering a purchase from Dreams (Truro).

Greeted by a member of staff as soon as we entered the store, who was very helpful and knowledgable. We were able to try mattresses without feeling rushed.

Friendly and efficient staff member who set up sleep match, showed me mattresses and processed my order for me. Large number of different mattress to choose from.

Used the sleep analysing machine v good. Austin was excellent, highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Superb customer service

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store by Alexandra she was very good at telling us about all the different beds and mattresses that are available. She spent time showing us around the store. And doing the dream bed thing so we got the right mattress. Very impressed

The help we had from chloe Dennis was very good she knew her products and we didn't feel rushed or obliged to buy she was very friendly and very helpful

We were given plenty of choices and time to try all recommenced beds. The colleague was very helpful and answered all of our questions.
