Chloe in the Truro store was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. We visited on two occasions and she was was friendly and bubbly. She didn’t put any pressure on us to purchase and respected our decision-making process. A job well done and as asset to the store. We look forward to receiving our delivery!

Both members of staff in store were polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. We were offered help & advice in a non pressurised way and given time to discuss and make choices. We were given refreshments, (tea & coffee) and encouraged to re-visit our choices to ensure that we really did want what we had chosen. It was a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The store is well situated with adequate free car parking on site. The store was clean, tidy and warm. The toilets were clean; the sales points were tidy, airy and uncluttered. The staff were well presented. Overall we got a good impression of the business.

Both assistants I dealt with were knowledgeable and very helpful It was efficient and speedy service for excellent products.

We were pleased to be helped to understand the type of mattresses available and the type that should satisfy our requirements. There was no pressure to hurry or to make a purchase. We decided that we were informed enough to make a purchase. This was probably helped by the knowledge that there was an opportunity to return the mattress if it is not comfortable. We anticipate being satisfied with the mattress when it arrives.

We came in not knowing what was the best mattress for our back and neck issues and the lady who helped us was very useful knew her job and we where not rushed we also purchased a new mid sleeper bed for our son and the lady was great full of info costumer service was fantastic definitely will return in the future

We were offered several choices after trying out the test bed. We were treated to coffee and made very welcome. We were left to make up our minds as to what we wanted without any pressure from your staff.

Chloe is a very good sales woman I liked the way she made initial contact without hassling and offer of coffee .She smiled a lot.good customer care skills.
