Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at Truro store (Chloe)

Before visiting the Dreams store in Truro, we were really unsure about the type of mattress we needed as my partner has back issues and we felt that we preferred different types of mattresses. We used the bed scanner in store and that made us feel more confident that the mattress would be better suited to us. Having only a limited number to try was a big relief and after trying them out, we are really confident that we've made the right decision. (The 40 night trial, also gives us peace of mind, yet we're confident we bought the right mattress). The store manager (Geoff, I think his name was) was extremely knowledgeable and his experience in conjunction with the scanner made the whole experience less intimidating. We had imagined that it would take us a long time to find and decide on a mattress and bed to buy, but on the first day of our search, Dreams was the 2nd store we went into and we ended up buying everything then and there. We've already recommended the store to our family.

The girl that served us was impeccable. Very friendly and informative and relatable with a really good knowledge of the products and what would be appropriate.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful but not overbearing. A member of staff directed us to the item I was looking for and spent time explaining the product to us. She then offered us drinks and gave us time and space to test and discuss the product. The ordering process was quick and simple and delivery date was reasonably fast.

Having bought a bed 18 months ago we returned to buy a single mattess for my daughters bed. Met by the same sales assistant Chloe, she remembered us and was really helpful only took minutes and got exactly what we needed.
